We currently do not offer returns or refunds.

Please note that shipping fees outside of Belgium do not include customs duties or import taxes that may be applied upon arrival in your country.
Duties vary depending on the value of the goods, their composition, and their origin.
As each country has different regulations, we are unable to provide exact estimates of these fees. They are determined by customs authorities upon import.
You may not always be charged these fees, but it is your responsibility to check the applicable thresholds and regulations in your country to avoid any unexpected charges.
We are not responsible for customs fees in your country, processing delays, unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If you refuse to pay import duties or taxes and choose to reject the package, no refund will be issued.
We accept returns within 14 days only in the following cases: if the product is defective upon arrival or if the situation is deemed legitimate and justified after review by our team. Any request must be made in advance via email with supporting evidence (photos/videos). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
